Quality Assurance
1、 All products of the company are managed according to the concept of 'all bird products are high-quality', and all products are strictly inspected to prevent any quality hazards. Secondly, all inspectors of our company hold professional qualification certificates issued by the state, strictly follow national standards and enterprise inspections, strictly control the quality of all materials and assemblies, and never allow defective products to enter or leave the factory.
2、 The company adopts six inspections, layer by layer checks, and strict control of product quality
1. Incoming inspection
The incoming inspection personnel are responsible for professional inspection personnel who have obtained professional qualification certificates, and all quality issues of parts are assigned to individuals. Any problems that arise will be dealt with seriously.
2. Production inspection
The production workshop is inspected by professional inspectors who have obtained professional qualification certificates. Any problems found are promptly dealt with, and assembly issues are rectified immediately to avoid large-scale repairs.
3. Production self inspection
Each employee must master the assembly essentials, otherwise they are not allowed to work. After assembly, the parts must be self inspected and qualified before proceeding to the next process.
4. Production mutual inspection
Each process is mutually inspected, and the next process operates to inspect the assembly quality of the previous process. Any problematic parts and assembly quality are promptly rectified.
5. Factory inspection
The factory incoming inspection personnel shall be professional inspectors who have obtained professional qualification certificates, and shall strictly follow national and enterprise standards for inspection. The products shall not have any quality hazards and shall not be allowed to leave the factory if they fail to meet the standards.
6. Finished product sampling inspection
The finished product sampling personnel are professional inspectors who have obtained professional qualification certificates and the technical department head responsible for sampling and severely handling any findings.
