The after-sales department strictly follows the national three-guarantee regulations, conscientiously implements the company's after-sales management regulations, allowing "Xiaoniao" users to enjoy the joy of cycling without worries. 
 

Service Principles: 
Based on the "Xiaoniao After-sales Service Warranty Terms," for vehicles sold within the three-guarantee period, if quality problems caused by design, assembly, or packaging affect the normal use of the vehicle, the company and local offices will promptly provide "three-guarantee" services. For all sold vehicles, if there are no major safety hazards or personal safety issues related to components or vehicle quality, the service principle should be "repair first, replacement second." For services outside the "three-guarantee" scope and after the "three-guarantee" period, the company is responsible for maintenance and will charge for repairs and replacement parts depending on the specific situation. 
 

Service Scope and Three-Guarantee Period: 
Each service outlet only provides "three-guarantee" services for "Xiaoniao" electric vehicles and parts and batteries marked with "Xiaoniao" or "XN." If users disassemble or replace non-"Xiaoniao" or "XN" marked parts, the company will not provide service for the entire vehicle. 
 

The entire vehicle is covered by the three-guarantee for one year from the date of sale. The vehicle motor is replaced free of charge within one year and has a two-year warranty. All are subject to the battery after-sales service agreement. The vehicle battery is replaced free of charge within one year. Note: Excluding non-quality issues. 
 

Service Promise: 
1. Each service outlet regularly provides free inspection and maintenance of the entire vehicle. 
2. Establish a national complaint Tel, and publicly announce the service charges. 
3. Each service outlet nationwide provides a free "family service vehicle" as a substitute for users during vehicle repairs. 
4. All maintenance technicians have completed company training and have been issued a "Xiaoniao After-sales Service Personnel XXX" qualification certificate. 
5. Provide the best service in the shortest time.
